MACLANDS – Master of Cultural LANDScapes

MaCLANDS is an original and unique European University education programme, for both the approach wholeness and for the methods applied to the present international questions regarding the development and management of lands, by means of cultural heritage and “landscapes”. The didactic activity is carried out within three complementary Universities in France, Italy and Germany:

  • The “Université Jean Monnet” in saint Etienne,a young thirty year old institution, develops the fundamental principles upon heritage and focus on the conservation and therapy prevention, in joint link with the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines”;
  • The “Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II”,the oldest University of Italy and almost of Europe, provides all the methodologies and the conceptual as well as operative techniques for analyzing and managing the heritages;
  • The “Universitat von Stuttgart”, with its technological focus, presents the keys to communication and valorization.
